    Sylvie Dumont, IT Vice-President. Sylvie leads the Technology Solutions Teams for Finance, Purchasing, Talent & Legal and Manufacturing & Supply Chain. Sylvie believes strongly in the value of speed and agility of insights gained through advanced analytics and increasingly artificial intelligence. She also thinks that success can only be achieved through collaboration, co-creation and connectivity.

    Sophia Banton, Sr. Manager, Data Scientist in the Global IT division. Sophia specializes in network analytics, data mining and novel ways of visualizing data. One of her greatest passions in life is supporting and enhancing scientific literacy among all age groups of students. Her long-term vision is to create a not-for-profit organization that promotes education and literacy in her home country of Jamaica.

She founded and directs the Media Lab's Fluid Interfaces group which focuses on designing novel interfaces for making digital information more seamlessly accessible and more integrated in our physical surroundings. She is a regular keynote speaker at conferences such as TED.
